January Aggregated I
First half of January 08, as seen in our side bar.
I am a class act, aren’t I. I’m two days late with this thing. In any case though, here is the aggregator summary for the first two weeks of the lovely 2008.
Arthur starts the year off in Tokyo and Vicky was in Shanghai (some of us went international in our own ways).
Something weird is happening again.
Heron video interviews A-Ron (formerly of aNYthing), who talks about fighting gentrification and described 2007 as “a murderous year”
We got a little visitor!
MT has us over for cocktails and “light” supper (nothing light about it! delicious).
We seem to be really into American Gladiators. I think I missed something.
Noah drives us all mad with his monk riddle (he already did it once at MT’s party).
Speaking of monks (sort of), Pak visits the beautiful St. John the Divine uptown.
We have a strange moment of warmth in New York.
Pak gets to spend his birthday in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that this is the best quote of the month.
We have a nice little geography lesson… which then morphs into something I don’t quite understand. Can someone explain this to me?
Arthur finally finds out who sings that song he kept hearing everywhere and didn’t know the name of.
Amy reveals her true feelings about me.*
Step one: panic. Step two: take action.
um, what?
Step one: panic. Step two: take action.
Noah falls while snowboarding
Leila of course saves the day.
Joe joins a cult.
Step one: take action. Step two: rejoice.
Everyone goes crazy during Mac World.
That’s all! See you in two weeks.
* Just kidding.
