This afternoon Neal used the, now trademarked phrase “Canal Street wiggle” to refer to the maneuver between Church and Greene Street. Arthur was quick to Twitter “Whatever…I coined that phrase back in 1979…yeah show me a blog entry now buddy” in response to Neal’s naming the crossing of Canal Street onto Greene the “Canal Street wiggle”.
